The latest leaks have now revealed the memory capacity options (built-in internal storage, and RAM) for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 series of phones.
According to SourceThe regular version in the series (Samsung Galaxy S23) will come with 8GB of RAM and internal storage with storage options of 128/256GB.
While the Galaxy S23 Plus will come with 8GB of RAM and 128/256GB of UFS 4.0 storage.

The source added that the series phones may come with LPDDR5X RAM, but nothing has been confirmed.
According to previous leaks, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus is expected to carry a 4700 mAh battery. On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus carries a 4500 mAh battery.
According to the industry, the Samsung Electronics MX division aims to boost the battery capacity of the Samsung Galaxy S23. The phone will be revealed early next year and the battery has improved by 5% compared to the previous version (Samsung Galaxy S22).

Meanwhile, the Galaxy S23 is expected to feature both Qualcomm Snapdragon and Samsung Exynos AP. And an impressive 200MP camera and an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
