Reports have confirmed that if a new feature appears for the first time in the WhatsApp Beta program, it will likely not be in the stable version. The “hide online status” option is very important. As soon as the Meta releases the official announcement, our phones will finally get the update.

What’s Up

The beta version revealed how this new option aimed at enhancing privacy in the messaging app will work, as the options will remain the same as in the last seen section, now we have the option to select “everyone”, “my contacts, except” or “no one”.

But we’ll get a new “Who can see me when I’m online” option. You can choose between ‘everyone’ or ‘the same as last seen’. For now, we have to wait for the new Whatsapp update. As well as others who own WhatsApp Business.
