The Samsung Galaxy S10 is the first Samsung smartphone with Wi-Fi 6 (also known as Wi-Fi ax) technology. Since then, the company has started adding Wi-Fi 6 technology to most high-end smartphones and tablets. Recently, the Galaxy A52s 5G became the first mid-range Samsung device with this technology.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra is among the first smartphones in the world to feature faster Wi-Fi 6E (6GHz), and Samsung will undoubtedly continue to release new devices that support either Wi-Fi 6 or Wi-Fi 6E in the future.

Wi-Fi 5 vs. Wi-Fi 6/6E
When compared to Wi-Fi ac (also known as Wi-Fi 5), Wi-Fi 6 provides faster upload and download speeds (up to 9.6Gbps), which gives faster downloads, improved video rendering (especially 4K), and better browsing. For the web, a more reliable and responsive gaming experience.

Unlike Wi-Fi 5, which only operates on the 5GHz band frequency, Wi-Fi 6 also operates at 2.4GHz, resulting in faster speeds.
Wi-Fi 6 also increases the capacity of routers and allows them to supply more devices without slowing down. Wi-Fi 6E offers faster speeds, lower latency, and less interference than Wi-Fi 6 because it operates on a new 6GHz frequency instead of the crowded 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands like previous versions of Wi-Fi.
