Samsung has released the fourth beta update of the “One UI 5.0” interface, which includes the October 2022 security update, for the Samsung Galaxy S22 series of phones. This new version of One UI 5.0 is currently available in the US, and we expect it to be available in other parts of the world where One UI 5.0 Beta is active.

And the latest Android 13-based One UI 5.0 beta for Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S22 Ultra has a firmware version ending in ZVJ2. Its download size is around 1.5GB, and it brings a lot of bug fixes. Samsung has even removed some features and improved animation performance.

The question now is, what is new in the fourth version of (One UI 5.0 Beta 4) for the Samsung Galaxy S22 series of phones? And what was fixed?

According to the changelog, Samsung has added the ability to add/remove favorites and recent features in the Gallery app. The company also fixed the bug that automatically activated the sleep mode. Some people have also had an issue where the beep and vibrate is constantly active, and this update fixed this issue.

Some people have also complained about crash issues when entering the app folder, changing wallpapers, and using the Air Command feature of the S Pen on the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. For some users, Object Eraser was not working.

Some users have complained about the haptic feedback feature not working while using the home gesture. And all those bugs have been fixed as well. Samsung removed the multi-user feature, though, which is sad.
