Reasons why Fortnite Mobile is banned from the Apple Store
In August 2020, Apple removed Epic Games’ Apple Store account for violating Apple Store rules. After that, a major lawsuit started between Epic Games and Apple years ago, and the lawsuit is still ongoing today.
The main reason is because Epic Games broke Apple-owned in-app purchase rules. Google has never released Fortnite on their Play Store, mainly because Epic Games has created their app to download Fortnite inside your Android device.

Fortnite Mobile is back on iOS and Android
Fortnite is still on Android, and you can use the Epic Games download app for Fortnite and play it on your Xiaomi 12 or other flagship devices.
Microsoft through its XBOX Cloud Gaming app decided to step in and make the game Fortnite available to users, where both users with iOS or Android devices can log in with their Microsoft account, and play Fortnite using your web browser without any delay at all.
It hasn’t been revealed how this will affect the ongoing lawsuit between Apple and Epic Games, but Epic Games agrees with XBOX’s move, which means you can play Fortnite Mobile on your iOS device without any complaints from Apple itself.
Microsoft has opened a new gaming portal for iOS devices with the move, while Android devices already own Stadia and GeForce NOW. But they also have XBOX Cloud Gaming now.
