Hidden feature in iPhone phones
This feature is known as In the name of sound insulationIt uses artificial intelligence to remove ambient background noise that could make it difficult for the person on the other end of your phone call to hear you clearly. The sounds coming from your iPhone microphone are strongly filtered.
The sound isolation feature will make your voice sound amazing with no ambient noise to spoil your phone call. Start a FaceTime call and then go to the Control Center by swiping down from the top right corner on your iPhone and pressing the button titled Mic Mode.
It will be set to Standard although there are two other options: Soundproofing and Broad Spectrum. The latter setting allows people you’re talking to on the other side of the phone call to hear more background noise.
There’s a sound isolation option too, where your iPhone isolates your voice, making it sound closer to the person on the other end of the call. It also removes any echo, and gets rid of unwanted background noise which is a hidden feature of iPhones
The sound isolation feature does not work with regular phone calls, but the feature supports Snapchat, WhatsApp, Slack, Signal and Instagram, and it also works with Zoom on iOS but not with TikTok, and the sound isolation feature will work whether you are making a video call and voice call, or only an audio call .
