Recently, reports revealed that Xiaomi is still developing more phones within the Mi 12 series, and is preparing to launch the Xiaomi Mi 12 Ultra in a month or two. According to the leaks, the phone will be powered by the advanced Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, and it is expected to arrive in stores in June or July.
However, leaks about the new series Xiaomi Mi 13 are starting to appear at the moment.

Today, a leaker revealed a leaked website.WeiboThe Chinese have some information regarding three new flagship phones coming in the Xiaomi Mi 13 series as all of these phones are currently undergoing testing.

According to the leaker, the two phones will come with a large screen with a resolution of 2K, and they will be powered by the SM8550 processor. The top and bottom edges of the screen are also very thin. The screen has a single hole for the selfie camera located in the top center of the screen. Also, the screen appears to have a good screen-to-body ratio.

If this information proves correct, this series will arrive like its predecessors with three models, two of which will include high-resolution 2K screens.

As for the processor, the SM8550 mentioned by the leaker refers to the next generation Snapdragon 8 processor, which will definitely be TSMC’s upcoming 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 processor and may be launched by the end of this year. Hence, the Xiaomi Mi 13 series is expected to be launched in December.

It is reported that the Xiaomi Mi 12 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and comes with a 6.73-inch screen with a resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels. The regular version works with the same processor, but comes with a 6.28-inch screen with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. So it’s possible that the leak refers to the Xiaomi Mi 13 Pro or Xiaomi Mi 13 Ultra and not the regular version.
