Today, Huawei started rolling out the stable version of the Harmony OS 3 operating system to the second batch of the company’s phones that tested the features of the update recently.

Huawei Nova 10 series, Huawei Nova 9, Huawei P40, Huawei Mate 30 and Huawei Mate Xs series will be able to upgrade to the latest HarmonyOS 3. Interestingly, this update will be available for HarmonyOS 3 and HarmonyOS 2 beta testers.

It should be noted that beta testers will receive a small fixed patch, while users will have to HarmonyOS 2 Download a large OTA package.

  4. Huawei Nova 9 Pro

  11. Huawei Mate 30 Pro
  12. Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G
  13. Huawei Mate 30 RS Porsche Design
  14. Huawei Mate 30E Pro 5G
  15. Huawei Mate Xs

Huawei has also opened the HarmonyOS 3 public beta for tablets that include the MatePad Pro 5G 10.8, MatePad Pro 10.8, and MatePad 10.8. Meanwhile, it has started rolling out the closed beta update for the Nova 6 and Nova 7 series.

The company aims to roll out the HarmonyOS 3 update for a wide range of devices consisting of different devices such as smartphones, tablets, smart TVs, and smart car systems, which will be upgraded throughout the next year.

HarmonyOS 3 comes with new additions that spark consumer interest and improve user experience. These new additions include new smart folders with 4 added layouts, where you can now stack and group widgets on the home screen.

Also, the company is now rolling out this update with the Privacy and Security Center to enable better monitoring of your device’s health. To get the update, go to the Software update section in Settings to download and install the latest firmware.
