As we approach the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S23 series of phones, a number of rumors and leaks have emerged about the new flagship devices. Now, the latest report has revealed interesting details regarding the cameras of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.

Sources close to the South Korean supply chain have indicated to TheElec regarding a shift in suppliers for some of the image sensors for the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.
And apparently, Sunny Optical will be the supplier of the wide-angle lens for the upcoming phone and the 10x zoom camera. According to the report, the Galaxy S23 Ultra will feature a 10MP telephoto sensor and a 12MP ultra-wide angle lens, both of which will be provided by Sunny Opticals.
While these sensors will be an improvement over the previous generation Galaxy S22 Ultra, it appears that the camera for selfies and video calls on the Galaxy S23 Ultra will have a smaller resolution sensor.
The company plans to make significant improvements to its camera setup on the upcoming flagship (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra), where the primary sensor is a massive 200MP sensor. However, the front end will have either a 10MP or 12MP camera.
