Samsung Galaxy A14 5G and Galaxy M14 5G appear on Geekbench with Exynos 1330 SoC
We know Samsung is working on the Galaxy A14 5G since its renders surfaced last month. But the Korean conglomerate is also working on the Galaxy M14 5G, which has appeared on Geekbench with the Galaxy A14 5G.
The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G has the model designation SM-A146B and is powered by the Exynos 1330 SoC. It runs Android 13 and has 4GB of RAM on board. However, there may be more RAM options that are yet to be confirmed.
The Samsung Galaxy M14 5G, with model code SM-M146B, has the same specifications – Exynos 1330, 4GB RAM and Android 13. However, it scored lower than the Galaxy M14 in Geekbench’s single and multi-core tests.

Geekbench doesn’t include other specs, but rumors claim that the Galaxy A14 5G will come with a 6.8″ FullHD+ LCD, a side-mounted fingerprint reader, and a triple camera setup on the back headlined by a 50MP unit. The selfie camera will use a 13MP sensor, and fueling the entire package will be a 5,000mAh battery.
