Samsung sometimes releases a new version of the Samsung One UI interface for its phones and tablets every time the company releases a new flagship phone. With the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4, an update with version number One UI 4.1.1 is expected to be released.
It is the same method the company used when it went from version 3.1 to 3.1.1 last year when launching the Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3.

And now, a Samsung representative has confirmed the version number in a post forum The company, in response to a question about a bug in one of the Good Lock apps. He pointed out that the application will arrive later this year, most likely with the launch of the company’s new foldable screen phones Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 next August.
Samsung phones and non-foldable tablets will probably get some changes with the One UI 4.1.1 update as well, but as we saw last year, Samsung can skip changing the actual One UI version for those devices.

For all non-foldable Samsung devices, the One UI 5.0 update will bring a lot of huge changes, along with Android 13.

For now, all you can do is check if your Galaxy phone or tablet qualifies for One UI 4.1.1 update, One UI 5.0 update, or both.
