Last month, the Samsung Galaxy M14 5G budget phone appeared on Geekbench to reveal some of its key specifications. And now, the phone has been spotted on the BIS certification website, which indicates that it will be launched in India soon.
Galaxy M14 and Galaxy F14 appear on BIS
The device has been spotted on BIS with the latest model number SM-M146B/DS. The potential Galaxy F14 5G also appeared on BIS with model number SM-E146B/DS. The list did not reveal any details regarding the specifications, but we will bring you the information and specifications that have been leaked so far.
Samsung Galaxy M14 specifications
According to the Geekbench listing of the Galaxy M14 5G, it features Exynos s5e8535 processor, which could be the upcoming Exynos 1330 processor. Which contains two cores clocked at 2.4GHz and six cores clocked at 2.00GHz. It comes backed by 4GB of RAM, but the company is expected to provide other RAM and storage options as well. The Galaxy M14 5G will run Android 13 and One UI 5.0 interface.

Samsung Galaxy F14 details
According to the leaks, the Samsung Galaxy F14 5G is expected to be an improved model of the Samsung Galaxy F13, which was introduced in India in June this year. The Galaxy F13 has a 6,000mAh battery, FHD+ display, 50MP camera, and Exynos 850 processor, supported by 4GB of RAM. Therefore, the Galaxy F14 5G is expected to come with some improvements.
