Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has versions with both 6 GB RAM and 8 GB RAM. Either capacity will go with a Snapdragon 888 chipset, no Exynos here.
The existence of an 8 GB model was revealed through a recently released Geekbench scorecard. The tested device also brings Android 11 and the above Qualcomm chipset.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is rumored to arrive in the 4th quarter, and we expect it to include four color options, a 6.41-inch Super AMOLED with 120Hz refresh rate, 128 GB or 256 GB of storage and a 4,500 mAh battery.
