A lawsuit has been filed against Apple for patent infringement, as SmartWatch MobileConcepts has filed a lawsuit against the American company.

The lawsuit against Apple states in part that Apple operates systems, products, and services that enable a wearable user to access secured electronic systems that infringe one or more claims 1 through 9 of 480 patents.

The company received 2016 Patent No. 10,362,480 titled “Systems, Methods, and Devices to Enable Wearable User Access to Secure Electronics Systems.”

Previously, Apple was subjected to a legal crisis because of the AirPods headphones, as a medical report was issued regarding an incident confirming that the eardrum of a 12-year-old child was severely damaged by these headphones (especially what is known as the eardrum and cochlea).

Seven years ago, a group of angry consumers from New York and New Jersey filed a lawsuit against Apple, claiming that the company intentionally disabled the iPhone 4S by releasing the iOS 9 update that caused major problems for their phones.

At the time, the iOS 9 update was the latest and greatest, improving the foundations of the operating system, adding a lot of what was new, but for some, that was the beginning of the end.
