ZTE’s latest flagship smartphone is the Axon 40 Ultra, and it will be available internationally on June 21st. Prior to its release, we have had some time to play with it in the office, and that is the result of an in-depth written review. for your reading pleasure.
Today it’s time to accompany it with our supplemental video review, which tries to cover as much as possible in under ten minutes. Axon 40 Ultra is a very interesting package with its latest generation under-screen selfie camera (which is the best hidden to date), 6.8-inch 1116×2480 120 Hz AMOLED screen, Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, up to 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage space (internationally there are several options in China) and 5,000 mAh battery with 65W fast charging. Perhaps the most exciting part of this phone is on the back in the form of its three 64 MP cameras – a standard snapper with OIS, a 3.5x zoom camera with OIS and an ultrawide with autofocus.
The phone starts at $ 800 / € 830 / £ 710 with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. If you want the 12/256 GB version, you have to pay $ 900 / € 950 / £ 810.
