UFS 3.1 storage features sequential read speeds of up to 2100MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 1200MB/s. UFS 4.0 storage chips can reach sequential read and write speeds of up to 4200MB/s and 2800MB/s respectively.

This confirms that UFS 4.0 storage chips are at least twice as fast as UFS 3.1 storage. This means that the 128GB version of the Galaxy S23 will be slower to open apps and play games than the 256GB version.
