Where UFS 3.1 has half the read and write speed compared to UFS 4.0, which means that the 256GB version of the Galaxy S23 will be faster than the 128GB version in booting, installing and opening applications, and some other tasks.
The report also claims that the Galaxy S23 features Wi-Fi 6E and not Wi-Fi 7, which is found in the Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra.
