The MIUI 14 update started reaching users all over the world at the end of last year, after its launch. The new update includes a number of developments and promises a better user experience. The MIUI 14 update for Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus devices sold worldwide has finally arrived.

The updated version has enhanced system security and includes the January 2022 security patch with build numbers V14.0.2.2.0.TKTMIXM. On the other hand, the version is based on Android 13.
First, we have to mention that the version will be released for Mi Pilot users. Which will eventually be made available to everyone, provided there are no problems. And we are already familiar with the main modules of the new user interface thanks to the previous Xiaomi event.

In addition, Xiaomi also demonstrated how to use Photon Engine technology, which simplifies the operation of applications. And multiplayer games in particular, will reduce the power consumption of third-party applications by 22%.
The company also adds that system performance has increased significantly. And so much so, that the system’s fluency grew by 88 percent with the combination of Android 13 and MIUI 14. Despite this, power consumption improved by 16 percent. Xiaomi research indicates that MIUI 14 uses 23 percent less space than MIUI 13 while improving system speed.
MIUI has undergone a redesign to achieve this result. And the new MIUI 14 is now faster and uses less space than previous versions.
It should be noted that devices with the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ chipsets are ideal for these features.
New “super icons”, which is another feature, are available in MIUI 14. With this function, you can add different icons to the home screen. In this way, a much advanced topic can be developed.
