Xiaomi Civi 3 tipped to come with Dimensity 8200, improved 50MP camera
The Xiaomi Civi phones are sold in China targeting people who love to take photos and videos with front-facing cameras. Latest leaks suggest that the new Civi 3 brings a speedy Dimensity 8200 chipset and a 50MP camera, making the new edition an appealing all-around mid-ranger.
According to reliable tipster Digital Chat Stationthe display will retain its Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, and we’re pretty sure Xiaomi will stick with the good old 6.55” AMOLED that has been used in several Civi, Redmi and Mi devices in the past two years.

The 50MP sensor in the current Civi 2 is the Sony IMX766, but the new version will use the Sony IMX800, which is also seen in the Xiaomi 13 and Redmi K60 Pro flagships. Once again, we will see two 32MP selfie cameras, which will likely remain the same as the predecessor, as they are already quite capable.
Xiaomi is likely to launch the Civi 3 in April, although we’re unlikely to see the phone outside of China, at least not under this name.
