Both the Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A34 have been rumored, leaked and speculated about for months at this point, and yet neither device is official. That may finally change later this month.

According to prominent (and prolific) leaker @OnLeaks, a “pretty reliable source” says the two devices will be unveiled on March 15. It is currently unclear whether Samsung will hold an event for the occasion or simply issue a press release and be done with it. However, the former may be more appropriate as the A5x series is Samsung’s best seller.

According to previous leaks, the Galaxy A54 will have a 6.4-inch 120 Hz AMOLED display, Exynos 1380 SoC, up to 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, a 50 MP f/1.8 main camera, a 12 MP f/2.2 ultrawide, a 5MP macro shooter, a 32MP selfie snapper and a 5,000mAh battery with 25W charging support. It will be IP67 certified and still have a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Galaxy A34 is rumored to come with a 6.6-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC, up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, a 48MP f/1.8 main camera, a 5MP macro camera, a depth sensor and a 13 MP selfie shooter. In terms of battery, it is identical to its sibling and boasts a 5,000 mAh cell that charges at up to 25W. Both devices come with Android 13 pre-installed under Samsung’s One UI 5.x skin.
