More Samsung Galaxy A54, Galaxy A34 specs leak alongside colorful renders
Specs and renders of the Samsung Galaxy A54 and Samsung Galaxy A34 surfaced last month, and today some of them resurfaced, this time with spicy new details worth exploring.
Previous leaks suggested that the A34 will have a Dimensity 1080 chip and 8GB of RAM, but WinFuture claims we should expect a Mediatek MT6877V chip with 2.2GHz speeds, which could be the Dimensity 900, 920 or 1080 with an underclocked CPU . The website also stated that Europe will get 6/128GB and 6/256GB memory versions.
Samsung Galaxy A54 and A34 will only have camera bump
The upcoming mid-rangers will stick to the new design Samsung is implementing across its entire smartphone portfolio – no camera islands, just circles for the shooters. The new leak revealed that the duo will share three colors – lime green, purple and black.
The fourth paint is white for the Galaxy A54, while the Galaxy A34 will be a gradient that changes shades when light hits it from different angles.
Samsung Galaxy A54 and Samsung Galaxy A34
Coming back to the Samsung Galaxy A54, the source didn’t say anything we haven’t heard before – 6.4” AMOLED panel with 1080p resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The selfie camera will have 32MP sensor, while the back will host 50MP main camera, 8MP ultrawide shooter and a 2MP auxiliary sensor.
The Galaxy A34’s setup is downgraded to 13MP selfie camera and 48MP main, 8MP ultrawide and 5MP helper on the rear.
Both phones will have a 5,000 mAh battery and will be IP67 certified. Expectations are that Samsung will host a separate event for the Galaxy A series sometime this month, and the source claimed that prices for the mid-rangers will increase in Europe, just as they did for the Galaxy S23 flagships.
