In May, Google announced the beta version of Android 13 and has since been releasing it to eligible Pixel phones. After that, OPPO recently revealed that it has started developing the ColorOS 13 interface based on the new version of Android. Now, a leak reveals that Samsung has also started working on One UI 5.0.
According to the source, Samsung is developing One UI 5.0 based on Android 13. An image has also appeared on Weibo that shows a device running the upcoming Samsung interface version.
The source added that there will be no “One UI 4.5” which is normal because Samsung did not release One UI 3.5 last year either. Instead, the company launched One UI 3.1.1. We may see One UI 4.1.1 in the second half of 2022.
Unfortunately, the source did not reveal anything about the new features. But he’s talking about animation. According to him, there will be significant changes in the animation.
