New iPhone 14 color is apparently imminent
Last week, a rumor claimed that Apple is preparing a new color option for the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus, which would come about a year after the company released new green versions of the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini. That launch took place on March 8 last year.
This time, the new shade (yellow in this case) could arrive a day earlier, as multiple sources have talked about a product briefing taking place with Apple’s PR team on the matter tomorrow, March 7. Now Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman confirms that a new iPhone 14 color is, in his words, “imminent”.
Almost a year to the day after the announcement of the green iPhone 13, a new iPhone 14 color is really imminent.

Gurman has been reporting on Apple-related stuff for years, and is generally considered among the most credible sources on the scene, so while this is obviously not official confirmation from Apple — not yet, anyway — it’s probably the closest we’ll get stand up until the moment the company decides to issue a press release for the new color and make it available for purchase.
According to other sources, the press release announcing the yellow variant of the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus will drop either tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. So stay tuned as it looks like we’ll be getting a shiny new iPhone hue to look at soon.
