Just a day after we got a closer look at the alleged glass panels for the iPhone 15 series, we have a new report suggesting that Apple will once again limit its high refresh rate and Always-On Display (AOD) features to the upcoming Pro model iPhones. Tips yeux1122 took to Naver to shed some light on the production plans for the upcoming crop of iPhones, claiming that Apple is preparing to enter mass production for the iPhone 15 series.
The leakster also claims that the LTPO 120Hz refresh screens will be limited to the two Pro models, namely the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. The move isn’t surprising, as Apple used the same approach on last year’s iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max, as well as their predecessors in the iPhone 13 Pro generation back in 2021.
