Samsung’s Galaxy F phones are a regional series closely related to the M phones, and this upcoming entry-level device is no exception – the Samsung Galaxy F14 recently appeared on the Google Play Console, revealing that it uses the Exynos 1330 – the chipset. This phone has now also appeared in the Geekbench 6 database with the exact chip.

The Exynos 1330 is part of Samsung’s next-generation chips, along with the 1380. This is a 5nm chip with a pair of Cortex-A78 cores (2.4GHz) and six A55 (2.0GHz), plus a Mali-G68 MP2 and a 5G modem . It supports FHD+ displays at up to 120Hz, up to 108MP cameras, 4K @30fps.

Geekbench 6 scorecard: Samsung Galaxy F14 (SM-E146B)

The Galaxy F14 will not make full use of its capabilities, the phone seems to be quite similar to M14. Based on leaked renders, the only major change is the removal of the 2MP depth sensor (not a huge loss, plus the 2MP macro camera remains onboard, cool, right?).

The F14 is expected to feature a 6.6” (or 6.5”) LCD with 90Hz refresh rate, a 50+2MP rear camera setup plus a 13MP selfie camera. It will be powered by the aforementioned Exynos 1330, equipped with up to 6GB of RAM (as seen in the Geekbench scorecard), as well as a large 6,000mAh battery. The M14 only supports 15W charging, but there’s a chance the F14 will go up to 25W (the M13/F13 both had 6,000 mAh/15W batteries).

This will be a dual-SIM phone as you can see support page on Samsung India (there is an identical page on Samsung Bangladesh also). The colorways will carry names like “GOAT Green” and “BAE Purple” (hello, other kids).

The Samsung Galaxy F14 launches with Android 13/One UI 5.1 out of the box and should receive 2 OS updates and 4 years of security patches. The phone is expected to start at ₹18,500. It’s the same MSRP as the Galaxy A14 5G (which has slightly different hardware), the M14 is not yet available in India. The Galaxy F13 was launched at INR 12,000 last year, though it was a less capable 4G phone.
