India is expecting the Galaxy A34 and A54 on March 28, but as it turns out, another phone will launch a few days before then – the Samsung Galaxy F14 is coming on March 24 at 12 noon local time. Samsung officially confirmed the date and some of the rumored features.
The F14 will be the segment’s only phone with a 5nm chipset – according to the fine print, the segment in question is ₹10,000-₹15,000. That’s lower than some rumors suggested (the F13 was launched at INR 12,000 last year).
The chipset mentioned is the new Exynos 1330, which is already used in the Galaxy M14 (to which this phone is closely related) and the A14. We’ve seen it in several leaks, including on Geekbench. It supports 13 5G bands, allowing the phone to connect to the country’s burgeoning next-generation network. And it will have up to 6GB of real RAM and up to 6GB of virtual RAM.

The Galaxy F14 will receive 2 OS updates and 4 years of security patches, the same as the A14. While not as much as the higher end A series phones get, this is still more than what a typical phone in this price range gets. The phone comes with Android 13/One UI 5.0 out of the box.
Samsung goes further and confirms that the screen will be 6.6” with FHD+ resolution and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. There is no mention of the refresh rate, but it should be 90Hz as on the M14.

An upgrade from the M14 is that the Galaxy F14’s 6,000mAh battery charges at 25W (up from 15W). There’s no word on the cameras, but the M14 has a 50MP main on the back plus a 13MP selfie on the front, and we don’t expect the F model to be any different.
