Samsung Galaxy M54 silently goes official as an amped up version of the A54
After announcing the Galaxy A54 last week, Samsung today quietly made the Galaxy M54 official in the Middle East. It looks like a slightly beefed-up iteration of the A54.
So let’s dive into its specifications. The Galaxy M54 comes with a 6.7-inch 1080×2400 120Hz Super AMOLED touchscreen, the Exynos 1380 chipset at the helm paired with 8GB of RAM and 128/256GB of expandable storage, a 108MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide 2MP macro shooter, a 32 MP selfie snapper and a 6,000 mAh battery with 25W wired charging.
The phone runs Android 13 with One UI 5.1 on top, and it has Gorilla Glass 5 on the front and plastic everywhere else. It is offered in dark blue and silver. Compared to the Galaxy A54, the M54 has a larger screen (6.7″ vs. 6.4″), a higher resolution main camera (108 MP vs. 50 MP), a lower resolution ultrawide (8 MP vs. 12 MP ), a lower-resolution macro camera (2 MP vs. 5 MP), and a 20% larger battery (6,000 mAh vs. 5,000 mAh).
Now that it’s listed on at least one Samsung official site, we expect it to land in other markets soon. It’s still unclear how much it will cost, but we’ll keep you updated.
