Samsung has released the Android 13-based One UI 5.1 update for the Galaxy Tab S7 FE and Galaxy Tab A8 10.5.
The update is rolling out to the 5G version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE’s international model, which carries the model designation SM-T736B. It is currently seen in Europe with firmware version T736BXXU2CWC5 and February 2023 Android security patch.

On the other hand, the One UI 5.1 update for the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 10.5 is rolling out for the SM-X200 model in South Korea, but the rollout should be extended to other regions soon. The update has firmware version X200XXU2CWC1 and comes with the January 2023 Android security patch.
If you have not yet received One UI 5.1 on your Galaxy Tab S7 FE or Galaxy Tab A8 10.5, you can check for the update manually by going to the tablet’s Settings > Software update menu.
