The Samsung website in “Germany” revealed the specifications of the Samsung Galaxy XCover6 Pro, which has many new features and features, foremost of which is the support for the fifth generation networks “5G”.

It is Samsung’s first rugged 5G phone and offers most of the features you’d expect in a new 2022 phone. Starting with the screen, the Samsung Galaxy Xcover 6 Pro offers a 6.6-inch PLS LCD screen with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Thanks to the increased touch sensitivity, the Galaxy Xcover 6 Pro’s display can be used with ease even with gloves or wet hands.
The phone is IP68 water and dust resistant and MIL-810H compliant. The listed dimensions of the phone are 168.8 x 79.9 x 9.9 mm and weigh 235 grams.

The Galaxy XCover 6 Pro also supports both 5G and Wi-Fi 6E. As for performance, the phone is powered by the Snapdragon 778G processor along with 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage, expandable via microSD.
There is a 4,050mAh removable battery with 15W charging. As for the cameras, the phone carries a 50-megapixel main camera with an f / 1.8 lens slot, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with an f / 2.2 lens slot. There is a 13MP selfie camera on the front inside a waterdrop-shaped notch.
It comes with Android 12 with OneUI. Other notable features include speaker boost mode, headphone jack, and Samsung DeX support.
Unfortunately, the official Samsung website in Germany did not share any details on the pricing. Judging by the rumors, the device should cost around 600 euros. Samsung is expected to officially announce the XCover6 Pro on July 13 alongside the Galaxy Tab Active4 Pro tablet.
