Samsung’s upcoming wearables are arriving soon, and the latest discovery confirms that the company is preparing its consumer app for its arrival. In the latest version of the Samsung Galaxy Wearable app, both the Galaxy Buds2 Pro and Galaxy Watch5 are listed as compatible devices to pair with the app.

This happened shortly after Samsung pressed an update to the Galaxy Wearable app, which crashed due to a requirement with the app’s permissions for “Devices Nearby”. The new update that was pushed to resolve this issue is the same one that now shows the unreleased wearables.
TizenHelp reports that many users had to reinstall the Galaxy Wearable app and reconnect devices, thus revealing the new devices on the list.
Last year, we saw the new Galaxy Buds2 and Galaxy Watch4 in the Wearable app on July 19th, and the announcement took place on August 11th. We could be about a month or so away from Samsung’s Unpacked event, but the date has not yet been confirmed by Samsung.
The Galaxy Watch5 and Galaxy Watch5 Pro are expected to arrive with a new design made of titanium and sapphire crystal that loses the rotating frame and instead goes for a sleek, round design. Watch5 Pro comes preloaded with Wear OS 3.5 and shiny with One UI Watch 4.5.

Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro
The Galaxy Buds2 Pro is very similar to the first generation of the Buds Pro, though it has not been confirmed or reported what is new, apart from the rumored improved battery life. Both wearables are expected to arrive along with the new Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4.
