The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 gets FCC certification

Just a few days after the Galaxy Z Fold4 appeared on the FCC database, it’s now time for the Galaxy Z Flip4.

As usual, the certification provides little in the way of specifications or important information. It is a very technical test of a device’s network and charging capabilities. Galaxy Z Flip4, model number SM-F721U, supports Wi-Fi 802.11a / n / ac / ax, 5G (both below 6GHz and mmWave) and wireless charging.

Rumor has it that the Galaxy Z Flip4 will have a 3,700 mAh battery, 400 mAh larger than its predecessor, and support 25 W charging – up from the slow 15 W from the old phone. In terms of processor, Flip4 will pack a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 with 8 GB of RAM. On screen, it will have a 6.78-inch 1080p Super AMOLED with a 120Hz refresh rate. On the outside, there could be a 2.1-inch AMOLED.

The Galaxy Z Flip4 is likely to launch on August 10th along with the Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Watch5.
