Redmi Note 10s – A renamed version of the phone will soon be launched globally with great features

The Xiaomi sub-brand POCO has recently launched the POCO F4 5G and POCO X4 GT in the global markets. These devices are the renamed versions of the Redmi K40S and Redmi Note 11T Pro. Now, Poco is preparing to launch the Redmi Note 10s in the global markets.

According to the FCC listing, the upcoming Poco phone will come with model number 2207117BPG, which is a variant of the M2101K7BNY model. As we already know, M2101K7BNY is the model number of the Redmi Note 10s. Therefore, Poco will soon launch the renamed Redmi Note 10S in the global market.

The FCC listing also reveals that the Poco phone will come with three storage options – 4GB + 64GB, 4GB + 128GB, and 6GB + 128GB. Other than that, the device is likely to arrive with color options including blue, black and white.

Redmi Note 10s specifications

Since we know that POCO 2207117BPG will be a renamed version of the “Redmi 10s”, we can already guess all its specifications. Starting with the display, the device will have a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a typical brightness of 450 nits, 1100 nits peak brightness, and a layer of Gorilla Glass 3 to protect against scratches and bumps.

Regarding performance, the device will be equipped with a MediaTek Helio G95 chipset paired with LPDDR4x random access memory and UFS 2.2 storage. It is also expected to carry a 5000 mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging.

As for the cameras, the device will likely bring a 64MP primary camera paired with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor.

On the front, the device is expected to have a 13-megapixel front camera. A previous report stated that the device is expected to launch around mid-August, so we will likely hear more details like its nickname and pricing soon.
