Galaxy M13 2022 officially a new attempt by Samsung to pressure Xiaomi

After a while from the announcement of the Galaxy M13 phone, the global 4G version, Samsung announced the 5G version of its new economic phone… It came with some differences from the 4G version… Let’s learn more…

Galaxy M13 review

The Galaxy M13 5G is made of plastic and the interface is protected by a layer of Gorilla Glass 3. The design of the interface came from the Infinity V type, where the front camera is in the form of a drop of water, and there is an edge at the bottom. From the back, we find the camera lenses arranged longitudinally in the upper left, without a special window that contains the lenses. There is a fingerprint on the side of the phone integrated into the power button. The weight of the phone is 195 grams, which is a moderate number for the size.

The screen came with a 6.5-inch IPS LCD with HD + accuracy, and it supports a refresh rate of 90 Hz. It is smaller than the 4G version and less accurate, but it is worth noting that the 4G version supported a refresh rate of 60 Hz.

He carries the phone Mediatek Dimensity 700 processor, with 7nm manufacturing accuracy and a maximum speed of 2.2GHz. The graphics processor is Mali-G57 MC2. The phone comes with two RAM options, 4 and 6 GB, with a storage memory of 64 and 128 GB… Fortunately, there is a possibility to expand the memory by installing a microSDXC chip. The phone runs on Android 12 from Google with the latest Samsung interface so far OneUI 4.

In terms of connectivity, the Galaxy M13 allows the installation of two SIM cards, and of course supports connectivity to 5G networks, this is the most important feature of the phone.

As for the audio experience, the phone does not have stereo headphones, but there is a 3.5 mm jack to connect wired headphones.

Then we move on to photography, where the primary camera came with a resolution of 50 megapixels, with a secondary lens to measure depth. And here there is no ultra-wide lens as in the 4G version… The primary camera can shoot FHD videos at 30 frames per second. As for the front camera, it came with an accuracy of 8 megapixels.

The battery came in a size of 5000 mAh and supports fast charging with a capacity of 15 watts, which is a rather small number for a battery of this size.

The phone is available in dark blue, green and brown colors… the price starts from $175 for a 4GB RAM and 64GB memory version. The phone is expected to be available soon in the global markets…

As we have seen, the phone comes with relatively modest capabilities, but it simulates the specifications of economic phones, except for the speed of screen update and 5G support… But what matters to us is your opinion of the phone….
