Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 and Z Flip3 leak in official-looking renders
There has been a lot of talk about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3, which has an under-display camera for the inside, the folding screen, but new official looks reproducing the phone, leaked today, contradict this hypothesis and clearly show a hollow-punch selfie snapper a very similar place where it is on Z Fold2.
The image above also confirms the fact that Fold3 has S Pen support, although it may be a special S Pen, as it has the words Fold Edition laser etched on it in the image. We also see the triple rear camera array, which is very muted compared to the Galaxy S21 Ultra or even the S21 / S21 +. None of these three shooters appear to be a periscope, so we assume the setup is similar to last year on Fold2 with a wide, ultra-wide and 2 / 3x tele.
The phone appears thinner than its predecessor when folded, but the angles tell us nothing about whether the screen gap is still there. In the next picture, Fold3 sits next to the Galaxy Z Flip3, and since this appears to be an official promo shot, the name Flip3 is confirmed. Samsung apparently wants to adapt Fold and Flip generations.

The smaller collapsible has a dual-color design with a dual camera system and a much larger (and thus more usable) outer screen. There appears to be a metal frame and then pieces of glass on top.
Both the Galaxy Z Fold3 and Galaxy Z Flip3 are set to become official at Samsung’s next Unpacked event, which may take place in early August.
