Samsung is preparing to launch its foldable devices during the coming period, including the Galaxy Z Fold4, which appeared today in a new leak that reveals additional details about the screen.
Galaxy Z Fold 4 details
Samsung will upgrade the protective glass in the Galaxy Z Fold4 to the more robust Gorilla Glass +Victus to protect the screen, it is worth noting that the Z Fold3 used Gorilla Glass Victus.
The leak stated that while the new Z Fold4 will stick to 25W charging and the battery capacity will be the same at 4270mAh, Samsung will be tweaking the charging curve to speed things up by a reasonable amount.
In previous tests, foldable phones were charged 33% in just half an hour, but the new version will increase to 50% in the same time period.
Galaxy Z Fold 4 will come with significant improvements to the camera department, leaks say that the main camera will be upgraded to 50 megapixels from 12 megapixels.
The leaks also mentioned that the Galaxy ZFold 4 will come with thinner bezels and a less stretchy aspect ratio. In terms of the processor, the phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and will come with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
The phones will be launched on August 10, and the company is expected to publish more promotional posters about foldable phones in the coming period due to the approaching launch date.
