And that updating some devices to MIUI 14 but not to Android 13 makes us believe that they will most likely stay with Android 12, and this is the latest version of Android. In addition, these devices usually agree that they have been on the market for quite some time.
From this we have made a list of all those devices that have already started to update to MIUI 14 Unfortunately, it did not get Android 13, but it remained in Android 12.
Phones that will not get Android 13
Considering all devices updated to MIUI 14 via Global or European ROM, the following models are still based on Android 12, and it is very likely that they will never receive a major Android update again:

As we can see, the list is not very extensive, since most of the devices that have updated to MIUI 14 have also got Android 13. Likewise, it should be noted that this list is not official, but it adapts to the latest movements made by Xiaomi.
