Several reports recently confirmed that vivo is preparing to launch the vivo V29 series series in the global market. Today, the company officially announced the first phone in the series globally, which is the vivo V29 Lite 5G phone in the Czech Republic. Vivo V29 Lite 5G comes with a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with curved edges. The screen offers FHD+ resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, 300Hz touch sampling rate, up to 1300 nits brightness, and DCI-P3 color gamut. In addition to that, it is also equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor.
vivo V29 Lite 5G features a processor Snapdragon 695 Paired with 8GB of RAM. The device offers 8GB of virtual RAM and 128GB of storage.
It houses a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging. Also, it comes with Android 13 operating system and FunTouch OS 13 interface pre-installed. The company has ensured that the phone will receive two major Android OS upgrades and three years of security updates.
vivo V29 Lite 5G has a front camera of 16MP. On the back, it comes with a 64-megapixel main camera with support for optical stabilization (OIS), a 2-megapixel bokeh camera for blur effects, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.
The thickness of the phone is 7.89 mm and it weighs 177 grams. It comes with an IP54 rating support for dust and water protection.

vivo V29 Lite 5G is now available for pre-sale and is scheduled to go on sale on June 15th. Those who pre-order the phone between June 1 and June 14 will receive the $68 worth of vivo TWS 2e headphones for free.
The price of the device, which comes in an 8GB + 128GB option, is only $386, including VAT. Buyers can take advantage of the Midnight Black and Summer Gold colours. It comes with a two-year warranty.
