The Huawei EMUI 14 interface will provide a much-needed feature for the battery. A great feature that will arrive with the Huawei EMUI 14 interface .. Get to know it
Huawei is preparing to launch the EMUI 13 interface for smartphones globally, but there is a feature that many users would like to have with the next update, the Huawei EMUI 14 interface, which is the “Battery Widget”.
Huawei currently offers a lot of smart tools in the EMUI 13 interface, but the company did not introduce the battery tool, which is a unique feature that we still miss in the world of EMUI. Before we dive into this coveted new feature, let’s take a look at the service tools.
Huawei introduced service tools for the first time in HarmonyOS 2.0. It allows users to access the required application service immediately, without having to open the application first. The procedure is similar to the traditional Android tools but the app and user interface are much better.
For example, you can add the Huawei Health app service widget on the home screen. Once added, the widget will display basic details including step count and exercise button. Also, you can select different sizes of widgets. The company has improved its capabilities with the HarmonyOS 3.0 interface.
The battery tool in the Huawei EMUI 14 interface will witness strong competition
Battery widget is a powerful tool and one of the best options to stay updated with the battery status of all connected devices such as earphones, pen, smartwatches or any smart home/IoT gadget.
Samsung is Huawei’s strongest competitor in this field. Samsung launched the battery status option with Android 13 update and One UI 5.1 earlier this year. Circles and menus use indicators and percentages to highlight current battery levels. It also has a low battery indication color.

Stock Android also comes with a battery widget in it Android 14, and it corresponds to the dynamic attribute system. The widgets display the remaining time and backup percentage in horizontal bars.

Just like Samsung, the Android battery widget can also show the battery of all connected devices.
It should be noted that the Huawei EMUI 14 interface will be a major upgrade for all smartphone users, but the company can create an interactive battery widget for all Huawei phone users. Currently, Huawei has not revealed any plans regarding this matter. Therefore, we will wait for the second half of this year and we will definitely keep you updated.
