Today, OnePlus officially announced the successor to the OnePlus Nord N20 5G smartphone in the US market, which it called OnePlus Nord N30.
The phone is a rebranded version of the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite that was launched in Asia and Europe in April. It is also a mid-range smartphone that supports 5G connectivity and specifically targets customers who are looking for the most features at an affordable price.
OnePlus Nord N30 5G specifications
The OnePlus Nord N30 5G features a 6.72-inch screen with FHD + resolution and a high refresh rate of 120 Hz, and it contains a front camera inside a hole at the top center of the screen.
The back side contains two rings for the camera, the upper one is for the main camera with a resolution of 108 megapixels capable of enlarging 3x, while the second ring contains two cameras, the first for depth with a resolution of 2 megapixels and the other for a macro with a resolution of 2 megapixels as well.
OnePlus Nord N30 5G offers great photography capabilities, and for selfies, it features a 16MP front camera.
The phone is powered by Snapdragon 695 processor paired with 8GB of RAM and 8GB of virtual RAM technology. It offers ample storage options of 128GB and 256GB.
The device is powered by a large 5000mAh battery, which supports 67W fast charging for fast and efficient recharging.
It runs on OxygenOS 13.1, which is based on Android 13. It will get one year of OS updates and three years of security updates for this model.
It also comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor combined with the power button. Also, the device is equipped with dual stereo speakers to enhance the audio experience.
For connectivity, OnePlus Nord N30 5G supports various options such as 5G, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.3, USB-C port, and 3.5mm headphone jack.
Price and availability
OnePlus Nord N30 5G is available for pre-order at OnePlus official website in the US at $299.99. Shipping will start from June 8, and customers who pre-order the smartphone will receive a free pair of OnePlus Nord Buds 2 TWS headphones, valued at $59.
The phone comes in two color options: Pastel Lime and Chrome Gray. However, only the gray color is currently listed on the online store.
