So, they’re borrowing ideas from each other, and for Samsung fans like us, that means Apple’s event more or less confirmed the use of titanium in Samsung’s upcoming flagship phone. At least Apple has added more credibility to the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra rumors.
Opportunities to use titanium in the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra have increased, and the new iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max feature a titanium frame. Apple preceded Samsung and adopted this durable material for its highest versions of the iPhone this year, but we expect Samsung to follow the same policy.
The Samsung Galaxy S24 series is likely to follow a similar strategy. In order not to outperform Samsung, Samsung may use titanium in at least one of its upcoming flagship phones.
Rumors indicate that the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will be the only one that will use this metal exclusively, while the basic and additional models of the Galaxy S24 will rely on the aluminum structure known from the test.
