Samsung Galaxy A10e launched in 2019 with Android 9 Pie downloaded the Android 10 update last year and is now receiving Android 11.
Android 11 for Galaxy A10e comes with the Android security fix from July 2021 and a new version of One UI, but you do not get all the features you would get on other, more expensive Samsung smartphones.
That said, the new firmware has version number A102USQUBCUFC and sowing in the US for devices with model number SM-A102U.
If you have not yet received the update prompt, try checking the update manually by going to your Galaxy A10e Settings > Software update menu.
