Samsung is testing new faster 65W wired charging solution and it looks like it will be ready in time for the Galaxy S22 series in early 2022.
The information comes from tipster Tronwho has a decent track record. Rainbow is the code name for the Galaxy S22 series, where R is the vanilla model, G Plus and B Ultra.

We first saw the 65W charger that Samsung has been running in January, while in February it was certified with a maximum charging speed of 3.25 amps at 20 volts.
It is high time that Samsung moves past the 25W charging speed at which it has topped its galaxies. There was the short period of 45W, which in the end turned out to be as fast as 25W – approx. 1 hour to fill a Galaxy Note10 + at that time.
The biggest question now is whether Samsung will supply the meaty charger in the box. Smart money is that it is a paid accessory.
