Back in June analysts at Wedbush claimed that all iPhone 13 models will have LiDAR and that the Pro models will be available with up to 1 TB of storage space. Later analysts at TrendForce reported that none of the requirements are true, limiting LiDAR to the two Pro models and their storage to 512 GB.
But Wedbush analysts have been keeping an eye on the supply chain in Asia and are now repeating their original requirements – LiDAR on all models, 1TB options on the iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max. This can mean that the lower storage settings (128 GB and 256 GB) are also doubled.

Analysts say nothing about the matter, but they expect the iPhone 13 generation to match or exceed the current 12 generation in terms of sales. The supply chain is targeted at 90-100 million units compared to 80 million for the current models. That’s about a 15% increase year over year.
Of course, goals change where chip shortages have a big impact on it. The forecast is still a profitable year for Apple, which will benefit as the economy and consumer interest begin to recover after the vaccine is expanded.
