Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G listed on the Google Play Console with 6GB of RAM

The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G will be powered by the Snapdragon 888 chipset – we already knew that from Geekbench results. Now the information on the Google Play Console confirms this and makes it clear that this is not the Plus chip (look at the clock speed of the main speed).

The GPC list also confirms another spec, 6GB of RAM. We have seen versions with 8 GB, so it will be an option, but it should have been the basic capacity – both Galaxy S20 (4G and 5G) and S21 start with 8 GB RAM. In fact, this will be the first Snapdragon 888-powered phone with less than 8 GB.

Anyway, the list also gives the screen resolution, 1,080 x 2,009 px. However, do not read too much in that resolution as other phones (e.g. Galaxy F52 5G and A22 5G) were displayed with the same resolution on the console, but in reality they have 1,080 x 2,400 px screens. Like the S21 FE is likely to match the S21 and S21 + (although TENAA claims that the actual numbers are 1,080 x 2,340 px).
