Clubhouse, the popular voice chat room app, has revealed the launch of two new features on Android and iPhone phones and devices, the new music mode that will allow high-quality stereo sound and the search feature in the entrance section of the application.
Features of the new Club House update for Android and iPhone
By enabling Music Mode, Clubhouse will optimize broadcasts specifically for music by enabling higher quality and stereo effect. This feature will also extend to both the speaker and the listeners. Additionally, it will support the use of professional audio equipment such as external USB microphones or mixing boards.
To enable Music mode, just tap on the three dots when you’re in a room, select the “Sound quality” option, and then tap on the “Music” option, and in the meantime, stereo sound will be available when using headphones, speakers, or a phone.
The second change with this update is to move the search bar to the top, this should make it easier for users to access the search function, in addition, users can also wave to your friends directly from the search on the iOS app.
Regarding the availability of the new Music mode, the feature is said to be rolling out First In the Clubhouse app on iOS devices, then it will be released in the Android app soon.
More recently, Clubhouse introduced Link, a feature that gives users the ability to create a unique room link and then send it to a group with the ability to drop it into a calendar invite or add it to the event list anywhere. Note, this feature is currently in beta for iPhone users.
