xiaomi 11t review phone review

First: the design

Come Xiaomi 11 T With the same genes as his older brother, it is evident in the design lines of the phone from the front and back, which correspond to the older brother. There is no difference at all between the two phones in the design lines of each. The back of the phone comes made of glass with a metal frame to add luxury and reliability to the phone.

The dimensions of the phone come in 16.4 cm in length and 7.7 cm in width and 8.8 mm thickness and weighs 204 g, which makes it somewhat heavy, but remains easy to handle with one hand. The volume control button is on the left side, we do not find any ports, from below we find the charging port, Type C, with the external speaker port, the call mic and the SIM port that supports the installation of two contact cards only and does not support the installation of an external memory card, from the top we find an additional microphone for noise isolation and an IR port BLASTER From the front, we find the screen representing 85.1% of the total area of the phone interface in it from the middle from the top of the front camera hole, from the back we find the three rear cameras in a black frame with a small protrusion with a dual LED flash inside the same frame.

The overall design of the phone is simple and elegant, with good manufacturing materials and excellent locking provisions, and it comes with an IP 53 calibration to resist water drops and dust, which gave us greater confidence in using the phone in various circumstances.

Second: screen and sound

Xiaomi released its Xiaomi 11T phone with a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen, with FHD + quality, with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, with a pixel density of 395 pixels per inch, and it supports display dimensions in a ratio of 20: 9 with a brightness rate of up to 1000 lumens in direct daylight, which provided us with a clear view Good during the day, in addition to the presence of a protection layer of the type Gorilla Glass Victus with screen support for the refresh rate of 120Hz and the feature of HDR10+

As for the sound, the phone supports the stereo sound feature, which provided us with a very good audio experience with rich and deep sound layers without limiting the sound even with the highest volumes.

Third: the gear

The Xiaomi 11T comes with a processor from Media Tech, a Dimensity 1200 with 6 nano technology that supports fifth generation networks, with a Mali-G77 MC9 graphics processor, and the phone will be available in two versions for internal memory and RAM

  • The first version comes with a solid memory capacity of 128 GB of type UFS 3.1 with random memory capacity of 8 GB of type LPDDR4X.
  • The second version comes with a 256 GB UFS 3.1 type of solid memory with 8 GB LPDDR4X random memory.

Despite the fear of many about Media Tech’s processors, the processors from the DIMENSITY family have proven their efficiency and ability to handle complex operations such as heavy applications and huge games efficiently. The phone has achieved 539959 points on the Intutu platform and of course it works on the Android 11 platform with the MIUI 12.5 operating interface

Our experience with games like PUBG was good, especially with the advanced cooling systems adopted by Xiaomi in this phone, which made our experience smooth without feeling any excessive heat in addition to the stability of the frame rate while playing.

Fourth: the cameras

The imaging system in the Xiaomi 11T consists of four cameras, the first for the selfie, in the front, with a 16-megapixel resolution, with an F/2.5 lens slot. Which disappointed us somewhat, as we were waiting for it with a larger aperture and greater accuracy to match the phone being a fierce competitor in the market.

From the back, we find three primary cameras that come with a accuracy of 108 megapixels, with an F / 1.8 lens slot, which is the primary camera for the phone. As for the second camera, it comes with an accuracy of 8 megapixels, with an F / 2.2 lens slot, which is the camera for wide photography. As for the third camera, it comes with a 5-megapixel camera with a lens slot F/2.4, which is the camera for macro photography, in addition to a dual-tone LED flash. The phone can shoot 4K videos with a resolution of 2160 pixels at a capture rate of 30 and 60 frames per second, and it also supports shooting in FHD quality with a resolution of 1080 pixels at a capture rate of 30, 60, 120, 240 and 960 frames per second, all this in addition to the Sine Magic Cinemagic mode For photography to add professional effects to the videos.

The performance of the front camera. We noticed that Xiaomi did not develop it sufficiently and was content to work on developing the background imaging system, which was of a great deal of quality, as it gave us sharp, dynamic images full of colors in various lighting conditions, even low ones, but unfortunately, Xiaomi dispensed with the telephoto camera for zoom Optical and also dispensed with the optical stabilizer OIS in the primary rear camera to keep the phone in the planned price range

Fifth: the battery

The Xiaomi 11T battery comes with a capacity of 5000 mAh that supports 65W fast charging so that the charger can recharge all the battery in just 35 minutes using breakthrough technology that enables the charger to charge the battery through two charging points. But you will always have to pay attention to the charging cable that came with the phone because if you use any other cable, you will not get the same charging speed

Sixth: the price

The price of the Xiaomi phone 11T is $ 488 for a version of 8 RAM and 256 GB of internal memory.

Here is the price of the phone in local currencies in Arab countries:

Finally: a digital opinion

Xiaomi 11T offers a balanced combination of good materials and powerful hardware to achieve the value-for-price equation, starting with the high-end design, passing through the AMOLED screen that supports a frequency of 120 Hz, then the dimensity processor, ending with the imaging system and the 65 watt charger. All of these specifications strongly support the position of the phone to be one of the most prominent competitors in This price category, but despite that there were some things that disappointed us in this phone, especially the selfie camera, which was not new at all, in addition to Xiaomi abandoning the optical stabilizer in the primary camera and the optical zoom camera, so tell us in your opinion, do you think that this phone could be your phone next or not.
