iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro are facing an annoying sound problem, and the company offers satisfactory solutions to users
Apple launched a service plan for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro phones in August of this year, after it confirmed that a component in these two phones may experience a failure that will cause audio problems in a very small number of these devices.
The production date for the affected models is between October 2020 and April 2021. When the phone experiences this malfunction, the user will not be able to hear the sound when making or receiving a call. If the problem occurs with these phones, Apple and its authorized service providers will provide repair services for eligible devices free of charge.
Apple offers free repair for affected iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro phones
According to the latest ReportsFive months after Apple announced the recall of the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro due to sound problems in several regions, the company is now launching the same repair plan in the UAE. If you are a user in the UAE and are facing this issue, you can have the device repaired for free at the Apple Store or authorized service provider.

Also, Apple announced the recall of the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro that were produced between October 2020 and April 2021 in the UAE. The statement stated: “Apple has confirmed that a very small percentage of iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro devices may experience sound problems due to a component in the phone unit that may malfunction. The affected devices are those that were produced between October 2020 and April 2021.”
Even if Apple announces a recall of these devices, it is not clear how many devices are affected by this issue. The “Harry Times” newspaper reported that this problem is only limited to the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro phones. The company states on its website that it may limit free repairs to the country or region of original purchase, and that the company’s plan covers only the Standard and Pro models produced within two years of the device’s first retail sale.
