Important information about the trial version
The update of the new Huawei interface is still just a test and allows you to install the latest features. However, the trial package contains many bugs and issues in the software system.
Before updating, make sure that you have enough storage space to download and store the update package on your smartphone. Also, you are required to update all system and third party apps to the latest version before and after installation for better user experience EMUI 12.
On the other hand, the phone should also have a sufficient battery level (above about 50%). You can also backup important data to prevent any unwanted files from being lost. Moreover, it is better to download the EMUI 12 beta OTA software update via WiFi. The installation process may take a few minutes, and you have to be patient and wait during the update process.
