Poco X4 and Poco X4 NFC are coming soon, expect a Redmi Note 11 Pro rebrand

It’s been a while since the Poco X3 NFC made its debut – in fact, more than a year after its release in September 2020. And while the M line is already in 4 territory with the launch of the Poco M4 Pro, the X series remains in the mid-range currently still of the X3 NFC and X3 Pro.

That will change soon, according to the latest leak. It turns out that Poco is working on both an X4 for the Indian market without NFC, as well as an X4 NFC for global markets. It does not seem that the awkward naming scheme will disappear this time.

Small X3 NFC

The same source who discovered these in an IMEI database claims that the basics will be remade versions of the Redmi Note 11 Pro launched in China not so long ago – just like the Poco M4 Pro is a rebadged Redmi Note 11.

If this succeeds – and it’s a big if – then expect the Poco X4 / NFC with a 6.67 “120 Hz 1080p AMOLED display, MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC at the helm, up to 8 GB RAM and 256 GB UFS 2.2 storage, a 108 MP main camera flanked by an 8 MP ultrawide and a 2 MP macro, a 16 MP selfie snapper and a 5,160 mAh battery with 67W charging.
