Samsung started rolling out the One UI 4.0 update to Galaxy Z Flip3 and Z Fold3 owners in South Korea a few days ago, but users are reporting a number of issues with the new version. It seems that Samsung has temporarily pulled the update while it investigates the issues.
These problems range from walling the phone or sending it in recovery mode to reduced performance and screen flicker. Some users have also reported issues with the camera app and the Dual Messenger feature does not work with some apps.

It is not clear when the rollout of the update will resume (or when it will be extended to other countries). Samsung employees talk to affected consumers to try to help them troubleshoot the issues.
